Future digital folklore relic.

To create the flags, i generate future virtual landscapes from video and feedback manipulation. I then weave connections between the landscape 'places' to create a representative symbol/image of that location that is part painting or tapestry, part cartography or aerial-view folk map, and part tattered sigil. Reflecting folk art traditions used to pass on information & myth across space and time.

Hybrid generative/manual-generative artwork, where i insert myself into the loop of a semi-generative creative process.
