Dr. Vicente Ventura, mexican neuroscientist that famously worked with the ultra-rare compound "xatyne", a radioactive material that levitates by itself, did a series of experiments trying to use it for personal weapons.

At one point he wrote about it: "I have always wanted to make weapons. I like everything about weapons, except the part that hurts people. I am not sure about that"
