Chronomatopelma cyaneopubescens or “Blue Tarantula” is an endemic species of tarantula that inhabits the arid land of Paraguaná Peninsula, Falcón, Venezuela. It is under threat due to the ecological fragility of its habitat and illegal trafficking.
