I called this artwork “Self-Love: The Process of Healing” , to me, discipline is the highest form of self-love and care for the body.
Discipline has helped me change my habits, rethink my sleep schedule, and so much more because I know these changes make me feel better and improve my quality of life.
Discipline and self-love have also helped me quit smoking.
Discipline, rooted in self-love, reminds me to do yoga in the morning because I know it improves my well-being. Self-love also makes me question: Do I really need this greasy food cooked with so much oil? How will it affect my health?
Discipline and listening to my body were the keys that helped me get through tough times.
I choose to love and take care of myself—my soul and my body. And I hope everyone chooses to do the same.
Our life journey, with all its difficulties, mistakes, victories, and failures, shapes who we are. Every scar, whether visible or internal, tells a story of how we overcame challenges, found the strength to move forward, and learned from our experiences. These moments have made us stronger and wiser. They made us who we are. 🤍
