Los Angeles - September 2017 :: The use of natural light is and has always been a major component of my photography. Especially with people. I could either be inspired or uninspired by natural light falling into a room.

The reality is that existing light is all that is needed. Either from the sun or from interior light bulbs to make photography we just need an existing light source of some kind.

The making of this photo was in creative fun to just shoot with my Monochrom and a 50mm lens wide open and to make use of a mirrored bathroom. Shooting around the mirrors to capture her reflection was a bit challenging. The end result was this fragmented photograph of her reflection looking back at me, the split of the mirror in to the wall along with multiples of her off the bevel of the mirror.
