In a world that can often feel overwhelming and chaotic, this interesting monk on the street reminded me of the importance of finding stillness amidst the noise and seeking beauty in the present moment.

The monk's presence on the busy street was paradoxical, almost surreal. Clad in a striking orange robe, he sat cross-legged on the sidewalk amidst the hustle and bustle of city life. He appeared so out of place and yet so relevant. Perhaps it was this paradox that drew me to photographing him. As there were no attentive ears around, my imagination began to connect with how the monk might be feeling.
