The picture shows the amazing Nahal from Australia. Her life is an inspiration for many people around the world. Through her Instagram and other social medias she is encouraging her followers to live an authentic life in harmony with nature.

The time with her was definitely one of my highlights while working on my series the tribes of our generation. I felt deeply inspired and challenged by her presence and personality. I am glad to know her.

The picture was shown in Oslo/Norway at „WILLAS contemporary“ and in Munich/Germany at „IMMAGIS fine art photography“ galleries as well as at the prestiges „Paris Photo“ art fair with great success.

The picture was taken with a 4x5 inch large format camera on traditional b&w film and developed in my own darkroom.
