The Transmission of Light series is exposed by the waves of phosphorus, neon, and the light-emitting diodes that are found within NYC advertisements. Resulting photographs create a colorful textural mapping of their unique wave emissions. With my fluid control of axis, focus, time, and position I have been able to analyze the most stunning displays of light. These lights are textural in their glow and unique in their spectrum. In tandem, they communicate a symphony of experience through color & textures not usually captured within a photographic image. As the development of complex AI & generative processes become stronger, I have found my own invaluable strengths of analyzation through defining and testing the variables between the camera & subject. The markings and trajectory of the light emissions create a unique imprint within their capture & location, therefore, one of a kind at inception, containing various spectrums resonant to the most elaborate of avian feathers.
