This historic city was formely known as Saigon but in 1976, the government of a unified Vietnam renamed Saigon in honor of Hồ Chí Minh. The Area shown in this image is Trần Hưng Đạo Statue park. Located in city center and next to Song Sai gon river its a major junction and also a tourist attraction.
