This music video was filmed in October 2014 in the forest/mountains of Sam's Point Preserve in Upstate New York.

It was filmed in a single take using an app that allowed me to record both the audio and mirror effect in real time. This footage had been lost for the past decade. A few months ago, I finally tracked down and recovered most of the footage—only 4:59 of 6:27, to be exact—which wasn't ideal, because like the song itself, the video was also conceptually a slow evolution building up to a grand finale. Losing the best part of the video, I decided to use some of the back cover art from TheUproot and spent weeks editing photos & video to create a new ending. Also, I created something using the raw footage from that day and minted that before this one: LONG STORY SHORT DAY 3
