This collage was created in Procreate. The background image is a real fragment of my yard, where countless bougainvillea flowers have grown into a romantic pink atmosphere. Within this space appears the dragonfly one of nature’s most mysterious creatures, a being that has existed on Earth for millions of years and perceives the world through an almost panoramic vision. Spending most of its life in silence beneath the water before fully transforming and entering the sky, the dragonfly has become a symbol of transformation, transition, and seeing beyond appearances.
