There is an eerie building located in the center of the Neon Metropolitan covered completely with human masks. An urban myth conceives the masks to be the faces of those who have crumbled to dust from the waves of glitches. While heavily denied by many, the increasing number of masks hanging from the walls creates an aura of doubt among the citizens.
