It can be difficult being a mother of young children. It's not all rainbows, sing-a-longs and fingerpainted roses. It can be absolutely emotionally exhausting to care for young children and without a proper support system it can be completely overwhelming. This is particularly true for moms who have children with disabilities. It's not surprising to find young moms feeling lost and depressed.
