Philadelphia is the birthplace of America, founded by those who rebelled against the powers that be. Somewhere along the way, the aging city lost its rebellious ways and decided to ban the balaclava in public places. This is the dawn of the rising of the balaclavas. This is a call to all my balaclava lovers across the globe to join me in resisting this ban!
