The idea for this piece came from a random conversation between the artists, talking about the concept of yellow, things that feel yellow and objects that are literally yellow. After going down a rabbit hole of ideas, we had the crazy idea of creating a story around a character who is made of butter and loves his kaleidoscope. Beyond our character being literally yellow we also hope that it makes everyone who experiences it feel yellow. That warm child like energy that can get easily lost in the ups and downs of life. The song is a heartwarming story about following your dreams, no matter what obstacles you may face.
