The red rose is often seen as a symbol of success or admiration. But in this piece, the red rose isn't easily recognized as one. It's full of different colors and has a textured, wavy surface—much like how our successes sometimes don't feel like successes at all. We always have to keep moving forward, facing the next challenge that’s just as complicated.
