— ABOUT THE WORK 「Juro que…」is a song that blends Latin American roots with Japanese influences through a bolero and city pop-inspired sound.
Created during Songcamp Buenos Aires 2024, the piece was born from the desire to offer comfort, care, and emotional closeness through music. Its lyrics move through tenderness and reassurance, transforming the act of singing into a gesture of accompaniment and mutual support.
This release presents the studio version of the song — Side A of the upcoming vinyl edition — accompanied by a reinterpreted visual artwork by Juan Pez, created for the vinyl release.
— ABOUT THE ARTIST
Dúo Dø is an independent music project based between Argentina and Japan.
They create genre-free and in-motion music — blending pop sensibility with academic depth, songwriting with acoustic instruments, and live performance into what they describe as stories turned into songs.
Rooted in Argentine origins and enriched by Japanese influences, their sound weaves together R&B, tango, neo-soul, chacarera, hip-hop, and jazz, creating immersive musical journeys shaped by presence and narrative.
Over the past years, Dúo Dø has performed across Argentina, Japan, Italy, Brazil, France, Spain, and the United States. They played sold-out shows and limited-edition vinyl pressings, strengthening a growing international community.
Approaching music as a living, relational practice, Dúo Dø works between tradition and technology, using blockchain tools to sustain an autonomous artistic path and nurture long-term relationships with collectors and collaborators across cultures.
Alongside their artistic work, they lead masterclasses and participate in Web3 art residencies, extending their practice into spaces of cross-cultural dialogue and community-supported creation.
