Brilliant in advanced neuro-chemistry and theoretical biology, seems that Bigsby created a compound to "enhance" his already genius IQ. Expanding his mind... literally performing open-brain surgery!

He began by cutting the top of his skull, knowing that the chemical would surge through his veins, directly affecting all areas of grey matter, speeding up the evolution of his neurons!

A slight miscalculation by this lunatic, seems that his brain is too big, and now acts as his 2nd heart, pumping up blood/oxygen enough to focus to a superhuman level. Which also seems to be his weakness. Bigsby, now going by the alias "Big Brain" experiences excruciating migraines a few times a week, so he needs to take long rests in between otherwise his brain might just blow up like a balloon and deflate, making him utterly useless.

Oh Bigsby, what have you done? I'm happy to see ex-employees thriving, but he might become a direct competition to me, so for now we shall keep a close eye on him. Maybe infiltrate his lab...he always had a thing for chocolate? We could send him that on holidays; Does crazy = genius?
