Mount Rainer is one of the crown jewel if not "the" crown jewel of the Pacific Northwest. It is the tallest mountain in the Cascade Range, and the 17th tallest mountain in the United States, only Alaska and Colorado having higher peaks.

Anywhere you go between Seattle & Tacoma, you can see Mount Rainer in the distance it's amazing presence is seen all around the greater WA area.
