The Morning Song (Barn Swallow)

For Last 8 Years I have been visiting Mangalajodi Village in the state of Odisha, India for bird photography. (More on Mangalajodi - Search in Google)

I have capture some amazing wildlife photos there. Last week I visited again but this time I made it a point to visit the village and meet the people.

Villagers here solely depend on fishing & tourism (in season), very little agriculture (Hard soil). The nearest hospital & school is 20 km away . There is extreme poverty.

I made a pledge to myself and the community leaders there that I will contribute 10% of all Mangalajodi photos that I sell in 2024 as NFTs to do something for the kids of the boatmen in Dec24/Jan25 (Yet to decide how) whenever I visit next.

The donation will be documented and shared here. It will also be made sure of no political intereference and the support goes directly to the needed.
