"Sloth" is the second sin of my 7 sins painting series. This piece is a metaphor for the crippling fear creating art can have on artists. The sin of Sloth has always been defined as Laziness. Yet Laziness is really disguised fear. The fear of the results of your productivity being met with criticism is a hugely understandable worry. Although your fear of productivity will only be triumphed by the fear of not doing anything at all.
