Description
"Gheime" counts as a historical recipe of Iranian food culture and is one of the most delicious stews and dishes in Iran, being served beside Iranian rice. Ingridient:
- lamb 500 gr.
- onion 1 big
- split pea 1/3 cup or 2 tbs
- tomato paste 2 tbs.
- turmeric 1 tbs.
- salt, black pepper , cumin, rose powder, paprika, red pepper 1/3 ts. (Each)
- dried lime or lemon for sour taste
- saffron (liquid: 1/2 ts.)
- corn oil or other oil for preparation 3 tbs.
- potatoes 3 Collectors will receive the recipe as free.
