During the 1969 observation of a completely dark region of the sky a long repeating signal was recorded. Encoded within the sound wave were distinct 96 patterns resembling celestial bodies. A series of tablets from these patterns were crafted using precious earth metals. To this day nobody deciphered the signal’s meaning, but the unique patterns became known as the Strands.
