I think to myself, storms come and go,

blinded by the rain and dust as the winds blow,

A lifetime of ideas flash in mind as though,

the perils of life will come at me slow.

The leap of faith is never easy,

I jump through lightning flashes of ideas freely,

using wit like an umbrella to balance and protect myself keenly,

assuming the enlightenment I seek is almost there.

A fools goal really,

to believe that at the end is just a switch,

to turn off or on, as I wish briefly.
