Graduated from the Instituto Superior de Arte in 2005, Reinier Nande is one of the artists who has best developed video art in Cuban Visual Arts. He has made several solo exhibitions and has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Cuba and abroad. In 2006 he received the Prize for Visual Arts Projects from the Embassy of Spain in Cuba and the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation; in 2014 the Honorable Mention of the MARETTI Award. His artworks are in relevant collections in Germany, Italy, Canada, the United States, Brazil and Cuba. Currently he lives and works in Havana, Cuba.
