My art may be the bearer of a message, even if that message cannot be deciphered. Nevertheless, it confronts the viewer with an unknown meaning. My artistic credo is based on a wide-ranging critical attitude. The artistic statement remains concealed and the artwork becomes a riddle. If my work is to endure, that riddle must remain insolvable and yet always provoke new attempts to solve it.
