In a traditional Japanese home, you have sliding walls to separate rooms and create privacy. These are made of wood and washi paper and philtre the light from the sun or moon.

This is exactly the atmosphere I wanted to convey in this minimalist project. The light of the moon or night lighting plays with the layers of paper in their geometric arrangement.

The white line represents the part of the wood you touch to open or close the wall.

In my usual work, I take everyday objects, materials, etc. and play with them. For this series, I inserted texture of polystyrene.

All graphical elements, colours, and random arrangements were created by code using P5.js, texture patterns are embedded in the code.

6 colours available : red, yellow, green, blue, white, pink.
