“On the Road” is my new non-generative project. It does not tell the story of a journey, but the mental state of traveling. Anonymous roads, seen without intention, become places of inner passage. The landscape bends, reflects itself, loses the horizon and reinvents it, as time does when one is in motion. There is no destination, no precise memory: only the rhythm of the road, repetition, forward movement. It is a freedom without heroism, made of asphalt, artificial light, and sudden visions. A road trip without romanticism, where the journey leads nowhere else, but multiplies the gaze.
