Dark Inversion - JS Bach Portrait Created for #TexBattle ... this is an inversion of my 1/1 Portrait of JS Bach.

By inverting the colors, the etching or woodcut feel of my 'crosshatching' style is event more pronounced. The eyes are less benign in this version and we see the organ as a monstrous face-plate or mask rather like MOLOCH in the film Metropolis. Bach's music has such a cosmic grandeur to it I suppose it can make one feel insignificant and tiny so this might be a dive into the darker side of the baroque Master. I hope collectors enjoy picking up this hand drawn 55 edition piece for 1 TEZ.
