In spring 2020, COVID19 hit New York City hard and caused the city to go to a total lockdown. All of a sudden, the city that doesn’t sleep became a ghost town. The NYC Tribute series was inspired by the lockdown and was made to remind everybody about the live and vivid colors of the city. The series is inspired by NYC's long Abstract Expressionism tradition in the second half of the 20th century, where generations of artists defined the artistic scene in the city and the world with different iterations of that movement. The series uses artificial intelligence to generate new abstract impressionist works inspired by works of many artists including Jackson Pollock, Willem de Kooning, Mark Rothko, Hans Hofmann and many others who called NYC their artistic home.

The series consists of 10 unique videos, all of them will be released as NFTs.
