In the midst of the vast mixture of plasma, blood cells and platelets, you might with some luck come across elements of rarer compositions.

Each cellular shape that is clicked will shrink and reappear with a slightly new appearance. Whilst undergoing its transformation it gives away sound effects based on how many rings it contains.

There are 2 different sound effects to obtain, distributed in a 1:2 ratio.
