I've followed Deniz for a while now and over the last couple of months we have become more acquainted with each other and I'm proud to call her a true friend. In this woman's case, you can certainly believe the hype. The portraits she creates for her characters have always left me wondering what world these figures could exist in and they may have found themselves in the particular moment in time our great artist has captured them in. In my opinion, doing primarily 1/1's and nearly being sold out is a boss move, further illustrated by the outpouring of support she receives on every post. Here we have "Spring", and this option was declared a favorite by Deniz, and we know she has impeccable taste.

I don't see this character as vulnerable or endangered at all, I see a strong figure standing tall and proudly brushing off whatever chaos or turmoil the fractured surroundings could represent, like so many of the women in our lives learn to do in this world. Thank you so much Deniz. Spring is a time of growth, and I hope we remain friends, mutuals, collaborators and all that lol, and continue to grow together.
