How does it feel to have one piece of music history?
In October 2017, Borgó received the commission to do the photos for the first Nathy Peluso’s album. Borgó had the intuition to carry out this session on 6x7 celluloid to preserve that moment at the highest possible quality. From this session came out the album cover of the first Nathy’s album ‘La Sandunguera.’
Four years later, Borgó has decided to auction through Makersplace four of the negatives that came out of that session, including those that ended up composing the album's artwork and other unpublished ones. Each negative is accompanied by the corresponding NFT to ensure the immortality of these fragments of music history.
With the purchase of each NFT, a unique box will be sent to the buyer. The box is custom designed and handcrafted. Inside there are two methacrylates joined by magnets, enclosing the precious negative.
Borgó quotes about Nathy Peluso’s Unpublished II:
“At that moment we knew that we could not take more photos because we had to record ‘Estoy Triste’ music video. This was the last photo of the session. She is partially out of focus. What I like the most is the incomplete figure of the man seated to her right and Botero's painting behind. It looks like a backstage photo, and that's why we discarded it, but it still has many magical meanings and symbols of that day."
