The late-night snack is a true fourth meal, not just something you grab from a truck or a fast-food spot. There's even a name for it: siu yeh. For locals, it’s a great way to unwind and kick back after an extremely long day of work.

Thanks to the city's diverse culinary influences, siu yeh in Hong Kong doesn’t just shine a light on traditional Cantonese food, it also highlights cuisines from other countries.
