Metaform is a series of digital collages inspired by the idea of the wunderkammer, or cabinet of curiosities. In this case, the curios are virtual objects that populate the Metaverse as virtual possessions for our new surroundings. Each object is facsimile of the original, its form stripped back to a metallic veneer in a surrealist collage of sunken treasure. The code which appears during the loop represents the URL links from a stock library of 3D datasets used to create life-like objects.
