Description
Act Two in the "META KEMET" Collection; A historic series of meticulous artworks telling the true story of the Egyptian Revolution. Animated in collaboration with Elie Eid.
A very notorious moments in the early days of the Egyptian revolution was when a plotted attack happened on the peaceful protesters at Tahrir Square by government-paid thugs riding camels clashing into the peacful protesters rallying against Mubarak’s regime.
I wanted to document this historic event and illustrate how the poor animals were being misused as a war chariot in this modern day age with the intention of killing the Egyptians demanding their rights and voicing their opinion, leaving nearly a dozen people dead.
