Battling OCD felt like having a staring contest with the sun. Fortunately, with intense treatment, I learned how to use mindfulness to manage this terrible illness.

Mindfulness can be used by all of us to stay in the present moment, even while distractions like fear, anxiety and risk of failure surround us.

This is a collaboration with the amazing @tosik, who has depicted mindfulness through his unique style in “Mindfulness: The OCD Circus”
