En ese preciso instante supe que mientras mi mundo se derrumbaba la calma de tus manos cebándome unos mates iban a sanar esta herida, que aún abierta, que aún no resuelta, que aún haciendo ruido, iba a ser cada vez más pequeña, permitiendo que el calor de tu amor invada ese dolor. Aunque no confíes en tu proceso, siempre confía en quienes te rodean cuando la tormenta asusta y aun así eligen quedarse con vos.

Estas memorias fotográficas ilustradas son fragmentos que desearía olvidar, pero me van a acompañar. En el mejor de los casos, me van a recordar lo valioso que es la amistad. Y el amor genuino.

In that exact moment I knew that while my world was collapsing, the calm of your hands making me mate would heal this wound—still open, still unresolved, still noisy—slowly shrinking, letting the warmth of your love flood that pain.
