As I hiked across the frozen Glen Lake in Vermont with my friends one day, I saw a lonely fishing shack in the middle of the icy landscape.

The footprints leading to and from the cabin formed a heart. It reminded me that indulging in hobbies that make your heart happy is an excellent way to show love to yourself.
