Description
Our Black cat Pi is transfixed with wonder, staring at the Moon, then is "purr-plexed" by the sudden phenomenon of golden stars whirling around it. Us humans would be also astonished too, obviously, with such a phenomenon. Cats though get absorbed with things that move, especially when it's something new. They keep staring at whatever moves, almost in a meditative state for long periods. However, their instincts are such that they keep looking, until they sense what they see in motion is not a potential threat. Then away they go off to play with some ball of string out of boredom.
Cats seem to love staring out a window, because they know there's movement out there. Call it cat curiousity.
