Trained on our book of otherworldly portrait-assemblages, Landscapes Between Eternities (Distanz, 2018), these post-race, post-gender entities emanate from a custom neural network trained by data alchemists Martino Sarolli & Emanuela Quaranta and were distributed worldwide as 5000 unique magazine covers.

The archetypal mystery and primordial aura of the generated network of characters extrude a shimmering presence, irradiating a framework that recognises the inherent complexity and multidimensionality of (not just) human beings embedded in a system of complementarity, relationality and communality set against opposition, ontology and individuality.

The ongoing project has been exhibited and/or presented by AI Biennale, SXSW, DIE ZEIT, VellumLA and ARD Kultur amongst others.
