This work is part of 'Kollnburg Views 2022', a series of eight videos multi-modal documents created during my artist residency in the Bavarian forest. I started by taking pictures of the the locals' most popular regional sights and panoramic views just like any tourist would see them. I composed them to looping GIF animations to create artificial perspectives. The underlying sound recordings are excerpts from interviews with the town's most knowledgeable citizen Biebl Hermann. The photos, the animations, and the historic anecdotes, form 8 triptychs perception that explore new views on Kollnburg.
