BACK STORY:
Once there was a peaceful bunny named Floof, who lived on a farm with his family. They were all happy and content until one day, they found out that the farmer got a proposal to sell it to a large corporation. The bunnies knew that this would mean the end of their home, but also knew that leaving would put them at risk.
In preparation for the sale, the farmer set fire to the field and burned all his crops. The fire trapped the rabbits in the warren below, killing Floof's entire family. Floof was the only one to survive, but the fire had left him with a burning rage that manifested like a fiery aura on his fur. He was no longer the peaceful bunny he once was. He was now the Killer Fire Bunny.
Fueled by his anger and desire for vengeance, Killer Fire Bunny sought revenge against the farmer who had killed his family. He knew that he couldn't do it alone, so he gathered other animals who had also been wronged by the farmer and together they formed a band of warriors.
They waited for the farmer to leave his home, and then they attacked. The farmer had no chance against the fierce fire bunny and his small band of warriors. They destroyed the farm and left the farmer to die.
After the farmer's death, he realized that he could never go back to being the peaceful bunny he once was. He and his small band of warriors roamed the land, fighting for the rights of all animals who were being wronged by humans. They became known as the protectors of the innocent and were feared by those who would harm them.
Killer Fire Bunny may have lost his family and his home, but he had gained something much more important: a purpose. He would continue to burn with a fierce determination to protect his fellow animals and make sure that no other family would have to suffer the same fate as his.
The corporation that purchased the land from the farmer harbors a deeper secret which could hold the key to Killer Fire Bunny’s flame, and they will stop at nothing to snuff it out.
Killer Fire Bunny - Vol. 1 introduces the main character, Floof, in 21 different styles of animation.
POWERS: Undetermined. The flame that rages over his body can be engaged or not engaged, but never turns off. For example, he can touch or hug another animal without harming it, but if he wants to engage his flame, it will burn them.
NAME ORIGIN: He no longer answers to the name Floof. The moniker 'Killer Fire Bunny' was bestowed upon him one day while he was walking through a field. Two younger animals spotted him and one of them exclaimed in awe, "Killer Fire, Bunny!" Floof was taken with the name and thus, it stuck.
The scope of his powers are unrealized and will be revealed as the story progresses. Vol. 1 is the introduction. Vol. 2 will be the back story.
