Long ago, when time was still young, the Nsamanfo (ancestral spirits) entrusted seven Abosom ( Divine keepers)with the care of each day. These Day Gods, aligned with the celestial order and bound by the wisdom of Nyame(God), carried the soul of the days through the cycles of sun and moon. From Monday to Sunday, each deity bore the spiritual weight of its name, weaving the rhythms of life, duty, and destiny into the West African Traditional calendar. This series "Keepers of the Codex" are offerings—each one named for a Day God, honoring the sacred continuity where time is not measured, but remembered, revered, and reborn. Today is Friday.
