After giving my Dad a painting for Christmas 2016, my life as an artist changed overnight. Like the Cubbies, I was a “Lovable Loser”. Year after “next year” we artists hold onto hope that we will turn things around, that we can become champions. Our friends and our family and our truest fans believe in us even when we come up short. After my painting was featured on Sports Center’s Top Plays, all of that changed. I titled the painting “Field of Dreams” during an interview just before a signing at Barnes and Noble when I realized “If you paint it they will come.”

Herein lies a collection of the sports-inspired art I've done since that fateful gift for my Dad. Many of the pieces were either priceless gifts that will never be sold or paintings that I donated to charity events to raise money for a number of causes. These NFTs will be the only way some of this much-coverted work will ever be available to purchase in a rare and collectable form.
