The "Transcolorations" series consists of four artworks built on an identical composition, each differing in its color palette. Every piece presents a distinct emotional tone of the same form – a shift in light, mood, and perception.
In the creative process, I used three real-life photographs taken by me:
-
a view of the forest surrounding the place where I live,
-
swans captured at the Baltic Sea,
-
and roses from a nearby garden.
All images were transformed in Photoshop. I worked with their structure by layering, duplicating fragments, adjusting opacity and colors. I cut out selected elements and composed them into a new, organic narrative – one that balances between landscape, dream, and abstraction.
