Introspection is one’s own self-reflection and self-discovery .

Introspection #1 – Chaos

One is in constant mode of CHAOS over various aspects in one’s on life and struggles to have control over it.

Instead one can try to embrace it with any such changes that has a positive impact one’s own mind & soul . It is easier to say than to be done, but once one INTROSPECTS and is self-aware what actually matters, then one can just ignore the unwanted. Then one can act from a place of love, peace and joy.
