This work depicts a scene in which the people gathered here discuss and choose the stars.

If you look closely, you can see a cat.

The reason is that this scene is connected to the world of "The Moon and the Cat," which we published in 2014.

Just as stars gather to form a galaxy, each of us twinkles like a shining star.

I depict such "brilliance of life" by comparing it to a star.

こちらの作品は、ここに集まるものたちが、みんなで話し合って星を選ぶ場面を描いています。

よく見ると猫がいますが、この場面は私たちが2014年に出版した「作品集 月と猫」の世界とつながっているためです。

星が集まって銀河となるように、私たちもひとりひとりが輝く星のように瞬いています。

そうした「いのちの輝き」を、星に例えて描いています。
