This artwork is inspired by "The Kiss", a cave painting of about 12.000 years ago situated in the "Serra da Capivara Nacional Park" in Piauí Brazil. The National Park has an area of 1291 square kilometres and the largest and the oldest concentration of prehistoric sites in the Americas. It became UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1991. "The Kiss" is considered to be the first depiction of two human beings kissing in history at least for the Americas. "The First Kiss" has been digitally drawn and successively elaborated by digital filters, Glitch art techniques and digital distortion lens. It wants to underline how a simple affection gesture can bring revolutionary meanings and transcend time and space.
