This work speaks of people who stood. The bodies are simple and faceless, because they are not one individual, but a collective presence that stood to be seen.

The blue lines represent presence and resistance. The red is not only color, but the trace of violence and a memory that remains in the space.

This drawing captures the moment when a human being, despite fear, remains standing. A moment when the body is vulnerable, but the will has not yet collapsed.

This work is a remembrance of Iranians who stood for their freedom — and never returned.
